July "month of Sue" CELEBRATIONS
HAPPY 7th Birthday to ZULU - 1 August is Zulu Communications' 7th birthday
July was the "month of Sue" - a time to step back just a little, appreciate the achievements of the previous financial year and CELEBRATE!!!. I took a short break away to Laos and Thailand to celebrate my own birthday and had some great adventures - including learning how to "drive" elephants - You can read more about this in Zulu's Village Blog.

$100 Charity Donation won by Kate Tribe for Dry July
Kate Tribe from Tribe Research has won the $100 donation in Zulu's July competition.
Kate decided to participate in Dry July (www.dryjuly.org) for two reasons: she thought it would be good for her health and to support the Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation.
Kate said: "I have done health related research for over a decade and believe that charities improving the lives of people with health related issues is essential. Dry July was a great opportunity to help such a charity and improve my health at the same time. The most surprising thing was how much extra time I had and was able to reconnect with a range of hobbies that I hadn't participated in for a long time. Highly recommended - bring on Dry July 2009!"
Zulu's Gold Mine in Papua New Guinea
Sue will be travelling again to the outer reaches of Papua New Guinea and visiting the world's 6th largest gold mining operation on Lihir in PNG's New Ireland Province this month.
Zulu's client NCS is Papua New Guinea's premier campsite construction, catering and facilities service provider to the natural resources industry. Sue is working with the Executive Management team on critical elements of strategic business and marketing that will ensure the continued success of the company's business and operations.
